"Late Friday night on April 30th 2011 I got a phone call from a resident regarding a water leak. I called Lambert Plumbing's emergency line while I was on my way to check it out. I got to the apartment in 8 minutes, the plumber Steven arrived 24 minutes after my call. Steven opened the ceiling immediately, found the pinholes and clamped them.
